It's the practice of no longer making your sensitivity wrong. Of letting your depth lead the way. Of choosing connection over control - even with yourself.

Being grounded gives you the best footing to be present, calm, and caring toward yourself and others. It helps regulate the physical body, clears energetic blocks (without always having to process them), and create space for what you REALLY want to be experiencing.
Complimenting that is knowing when there’s something to release, and how to release it gently. In this workshop series we touch on ways to recognise your capacity and lean on nature's support for the ebbs and flows of life.
These skills are not about forcing things out or making yourself calm. Grief and rebirth are a natural part of life. Together, we explore how to meet it all with compassion and to build a toolkit that truly works for you.
This series is an invitation to approach life as a devotion to who you are - by understanding LOVE as an essential part of your nature.
Sensitive women thrive when life feels meaningful and intimate.. We explored how to live with more purpose by deepening your relationship with self-love, examining relational dynamics that keep you stuck, and becoming a more loving version of yourself.
Using Yogic teachings, we introduced the five layers of being: physical, emotional, energetic, intuitive, and loving. This framework offers a powerful foundation for self-knowing. This isn’t about theory—it’s about living your transformation, gently and fully.
We get to be leaders in a society that promotes numbness and is constantly distracting us from feeling. Emotions are not here to control us. We must know the difference between thinking emotions and feeling them, and how to choose the response best for us and others.
Emotions need space to move, and when we learn to hold them with presence rather than resistance, they become powerful messengers. We explore how to be a “yes” to our feelings without being consumed by them, using daily practices and simple tools to build vocabulary and self-understanding. This is the work of emotional literacy - learning to feel, listen, and respond.
The more we can be with our pain, the more we open to life’s joy. All emotions carry wisdom, but grief and anger are often the hardest for sensitive women to hold. These are the places we get stuck - the feelings we’re most afraid to feel.
We practice creating a healthier relationship with anger and making space for the grief that was never addressed (shock, we all usually have some!).
We also explore the difference between projecting anger and owning it so our relationships run more smoothly.
When we have skills around painful emotions our hearts feel lighter. More clear. More available. This work is tender. And it’s liberating.
Your stomach isn’t just for digesting food. It’s where you process emotions, experiences, and even trauma. For sensitive women, the gut often holds what hasn’t been expressed. When emotions are left unprocessed, they don’t just disappear. They can show up physically, affecting digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing.
This part of the body speaks LOUDLY when it’s overwhelmed. Learning to listen, slow down, and support your gut is a key part of emotional and nervous system health.
In this workshop we look at digestion patterns in a more wholistic way so you can stop worrying over food and expand your toolbox for happy digestion.
The feminine is receptive, rhythmic, and deeply guided by nature. When we learn to receive this guidance, the body softens. Life flows with more ease.
In this series we focus on the menstrual cycle as a practical tool for living in greater alignment with your body. Each phase: menstruation, follicular, ovulation, and luteal, offers different emotional, energetic, and creative capacities.
These classes are about learning to embrace change, welcome inconsistency, and trust your body as a reliable source of wisdom. There are practices around releasing patriarchal hurt and shame around menstruation.
We’re not simple, one-dimensional beings - but made up of many parts with different needs, roles, and emotions. Parts language can help us make sense of the contradictions inside of us.
In Internal Family Systems we recognise the protective parts within you aim to maintain your safety and well-being. Validating and understanding these protective parts, as well as the vulnerable parts they seek to shield, is deeply healing.
Parts can sometimes feel at odds, creating inner conflict and relational challenges. This framework and understanding creates more self-awareness and ability to communicate with compassion and nuance.
A healthy nervous system is you being able to drop in and out of what's needed as gracefully as possible. Self-regulation is about being devoted to your nervous system - and aware of how it responds in connection with others. It’s learning to meet life with presence, and respond how you want to, not just how you always have.
Your body is designed to guide you, but early protective strategies can distort those signals. We explored how co-dependency and relational dynamics affect regulation, and why developing your capacity to stay grounded matters.
It’s about finding tools that support you now AND the version of YOU you’re growing into. This is compassionate, work that changes how you show up in life and love.
When these energies are out of balance, we can feel overwhelmed by emotion or disconnected from our feelings. We can feel like we're flailing in life or way too rigid.
Many women carry the ache of being “too much,” while the masculine wound often whispers, “not enough.” We looked at how these patterns shape how we love, lead, and relate - and how to honour both energies within.
When you understand this internally, it will help you feel more comfortable having fluctuating needs and help you recognise the worth in many of your relationships.

Founder of the school.
I created this space because I couldn’t find anything like it. The self-development world felt too clinical, too focused on fixing women so they become more “manageable.”
But sensitive women don’t need fixing. We need spaces that celebrate our emotional range, depth and perceptiveness.
This school is where I bring everything I’ve lived and learned about big feelings, relational healing, self-trust, and inner safety. Here we don't cover surface-level tips or polished self-help.
This work guides women into intimate, embodied work that’s real, raw, and deeply impactful.
I’m not here to hand you answers from a distance. I’m in it with you. Making space for the beauty, the mess, and everything in between.
This is a space for the parts of you that never quite fit anywhere else. The women are incredible, the classes are a VIBE and I hope like hell you'll join us on this insane life journey.

It’s an online space for women who feel deeply, think deeply, and want to live in a way that honours their sensitivity. We offer live workshops, embodiment practices, journaling sessions, and grounded tools to support emotional regulation, self-trust, and nervous system health.
This school was created as a resting place for sensitive women. A place where we can hang out, learn and grow together.
Being completely online allows you to tap into what you need when you need it. We have 4-5 live sessions per month plus a huge library of past classes and practices for you to use.
This school is for women who want support managing their emotions, understanding their nervous system, and building a more grounded relationship with themselves.
You don’t need to be advanced or have any background in healing work. You just need a willingness to show up, be curious, and go at your own pace.
You get to go at your own pace. Some women join a live session each week, others dip into the recorded library when they feel called. There’s no falling behind here.
No stress at all - every session is recorded and saved in your private library. You’ll have access to everything, and you can revisit practices as often as you like.
No. While the work is therapeutic, the School is not a substitute for therapy. It’s a community space with coaching, embodiment, and energy tools designed to support your nervous system, emotions, and self-expression.
Each workshop is based around a different theme. They include practices for your mental, emotional and physical body. Including psychic development skills and intuitive tools to tap into your own guidance.
The goal is to provide the information, tools and support so you can begin to feel more and more confident in your sensitive body.
In each workshop you will find both spiritual and scientific frameworks to draw upon. Bringing a balanced perspective to self growth which is inclusive, empowering and un-biased.
There is also opportunity to ask questions so you can receive more personalised guidance.
When you sign up you'll receive a welcome email. This will include details to log onto the membership site.
Your content is laid out in an easy-to-navigate format including links to all live sessions, a calendar to keep track of what's on and all replays to watch back anytime.
All times and dates for live sessions will be posted in the membership platform at the beginning of each month. You'll also receive email reminders.
Sessions will mostly occur on weekday evenings (AEST). I'm usually in Brisbane!
All sessions will be recorded so that's absolutely fine if you can't make it live. The experience will be different if you're live or on the replay -- trust they will both hold the exact medicine you need.
This is a space designed specifically for sensitive women. It’s not about hustling for healing or “getting over” your feelings. It’s about honouring your emotional truth and learning how to feel safe inside your own body. No performance. No pressure. Just practice and presence.

Always remember you are the best authority on you. You will always be encouraged to follow your voice above all others. The teachings and practices are offered for you to experience, tailor to your own needs, and choose what you resonate with.
We ask that you look after yourself in the community spaces. Make sure you have everything you need in preparation for classes (water, comfort etc.) and keep a close eye on yourself to discern your need for breaks or to ask questions when suitable.
We encourage curiosity and engagement. If you are someone who tends to over-share, please be mindful and allow space for others to lean into the space more. If you are someone who tends to hang back, see if you can step forward and practice allowing yourself to be seen.
Always work to your comfort level but don't shy away from that soft line where some challenge leads to growth and welcomed change.
Bullying and harassment are not tolerated.
Confidentiality is key in the spaces. All members agree to keep privacy sacred and leave out identifying factors when sharing their experiences with others.
As much as feels authentic we encourage the qualities of pro-active listening + learning, an open heart, and commitment to self-growth.
Keeping in mind laughter and fun are also potent medicine for the soul.
