The body becomes stressed when we are working against it. Being sensitive is an incredible gift that is usually framed as a weakness - something to push aside or explain away. When we do that we create stress that we need to deal with later.
Sometimes we are asked to throw tantrums, have yucky conversations, cry hysterically or (lord help us) rest. This series is about learning to meet yourself in those moments with presence, with pleasure, with radical, tender honesty. You are not being punished. You’re ready for a new way to relate to your body.

It is correct to have different needs, desires and capacities at different times of the month. The work is: how can we follow and trust that more easily (instead of judging yourself or hiding away from others).
We’re not just talking about the menstrual cycle. We’re going to talk about those uncomfortable waves of emotion moving through the body, hiding from your own beauty, experiencing pleasure, and cultivating your masculine energy so you can show up for your specific nervous system needs.

The Information & Specific Skills for Women
Sensitive women feel everything so deeply. Often we analyse and explain our way through life's hiccups without understanding what is really happening. It is incredibly common to have "coping" mechanisms to dull emotions (sensitivity) like eating disorders, body dysmorphia, anxiety, over-giving / keeping extremely busy (hello tick-lists) and so on..
We're in an era now where women are stepping into their emotions as a powerful guide for themselves and other. This is what creates authentic relationships, life satisfaction and deep intimacy. This course is about building confidence and repairing your relationship with your own body - so you can stop collapsing and coping, instead just be the real you.
We get to do this work to
- get better and better at feeling our emotions in in the moment rather than creating more baggage and disconnection from love,
- fall back in love with our sensitive bodies and trust it's needs and our energy levels (rather than trying to push through or shame ourselves),
- protect how sensitive you are and truly know it is a strength and authentic part of you (as opposed to apologising for it as a weakness).
There's a saying "when someone asks you to stop being so sensitive, they're asking you to stop being yourself".

I used to ignore my body to the point of burn out and my mind was always so busy with what 'needed doing'. Now I am able to create space for myself and that makes me feel calm and more in touch with what is truly important to me.
None of the quick fixes actually addressed the problem that I had underlying around issues with food. Now, I've learned other strategies instead of using food, that's been a big game changer for me.
I'm a mum and how I am affects how my children will grow up and their confidence. So for me, it was a no brainer that I had to do something to become more confident and to love my body so they can love their bodies. I'm really glad I did it because I had nothing to lose and I've gained so much.

I’ve begun to heal my issues with rejection/abandonment as I’m working with these parts to not abandon them and therefore myself. Through this work I’ve also built a deeper relationship with my adult or higher self and this part of me is able to come online more.
Using IFS I have found it easier to get to the core issue as I’m directly speaking to a part, am able to build trust and I always feel relief and a lightness in my body after this practice.
Day to day it’s helpful in me noticing what parts are popping in and has given me a way of not getting stuck into my thoughts as much.

How the school works (and what happens when you join).
The school is an online membership for women who feel deeply, think deeply, and want to live in a way that honours their sensitivity. We hold live workshops, embodiment practices, journaling sessions, and grounded tools to support emotional regulation, self-trust, and healthy relationships.
This school was created as a resting place for sensitive women. A place where we can hang out, learn and grow together.
Being completely online allows you to tap into what you need when you need it. We have multiple live sessions every month plus a huge library of past classes and skills for you to learn.
You are welcome to enrol in our courses separately to the membership. That means you can sign up for a theme you love for $300-500 and really experience the goodness.
Then, if you want to continue with us - just jump into the membership and be a part of this community for life. Attend as much or as little as you need! (hopefully we see you A LOT!)
The lifetime membership has everything: every past workshop, Whatsapp group access, continual live sessions and practices as the themes unfold in the school.

This school is for women who want support managing their emotions, understanding their body, and building a more grounded relationship with themselves.

You don’t need to be advanced or have any background in healing work. You just need a willingness to show up, be curious, and go at your own pace.
You get to go at your own pace. Some women join the live sessions consistently, others dip into the recorded library when they feel called. There’s no falling behind here.
No stress at all - every session is recorded and saved in your private library. You’ll have access to everything, and you can revisit practices as often as you like.
No. While the work is therapeutic, the School is not a substitute for therapy. It’s a community space with coaching, embodiment, and energy tools designed to support your nervous system, emotions, and self-expression.
Each workshop is based around a different theme. They include practices for your mental, emotional and physical body. Including psychic development skills and intuitive tools to tap into your own guidance.
The goal is to provide the information, tools and support so you can begin to feel more and more confident in your sensitive body.
In each workshop you will find both spiritual and scientific frameworks to draw upon. Bringing a balanced perspective to self growth which is inclusive, empowering and un-biased.
There is also opportunity to ask questions so you can receive more personalised guidance.
When you sign up you'll receive a welcome email. This will include details to log onto the membership site.
Your content is laid out in an easy-to-navigate format including links to all live sessions, a calendar to keep track of what's on and all replays to watch back anytime.
All times and dates for live sessions will be posted in the membership platform at the beginning of each month. You'll also receive email reminders.
Sessions will mostly occur on Wednesday evenings (AEST).
All sessions will be recorded so that's absolutely fine if you can't make it live. The experience will be different if you're live or on the replay.. trust they will both hold the exact medicine you need.
This is a space designed specifically for sensitive women. It’s not about hustling for healing or “getting over” your feelings. It’s about honouring your emotional truth and learning how to feel safe inside your own body. No performance. No pressure. Just practice and presence.
